These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services. By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Long Island, NY. Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and recurring maintenance cleaning, as agreed upon at the time of booking.
The scope of each service will be confirmed during scheduling. Any additional tasks requested on the day of service may be subject to additional charges and must be agreed upon before work begins.
Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.
You are not required to be present during the cleaning. If you will not be home, please ensure we have a method of entry (key, code, or lockbox) arranged in advance.
We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather, staffing emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept [ cash, Zelle, debit/credit card, apple pay, and checks ].
For recurring clients, payment terms will be confirmed at the time of your agreement. Invoices left unpaid for more than 7 days may be subject to a late fee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service amount.
We are happy to reschedule at no charge when proper notice is given.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address the concern at no additional charge.
This guarantee applies to work performed during your scheduled visit and does not cover areas or tasks outside the agreed scope of service.
Liability
We carry insurance and take care in every home we clean. However, our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our team during the service visit.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, items that are improperly secured or inherently fragile, or issues not disclosed to us prior to service.
All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service visit. We cannot consider claims reported after this window.
Our maximum liability for any single service visit will not exceed the cost of that visit.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, pets, or hazardous conditions in the home prior to service. We will do our best to accommodate requests for specific products or techniques when notified in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse service or leave a property if our team encounters conditions that pose a health or safety risk.
SMS Communication
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding your appointments, reminders, confirmations, and customer support.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Opting out does not affect your ability to receive services or reach us by phone or email.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
