Oven, refrigerator, and cabinet interiors take extra time and should be requested specifically. Tell us what will be empty and describe any heavy buildup so the quoted scope is clear.
Interior cleaning needs to be requested
Routine kitchen cleaning focuses on accessible surfaces and the outside of appliances. The inside of an oven, refrigerator, or cabinet takes additional time and is best listed separately in your request. Do not assume that a deep cleaning or move-out cleaning automatically includes every interior. Ask for the specific items you want so the quote reflects the actual work.
What should I do before a refrigerator interior is cleaned?
Tell us whether the refrigerator will be empty before the visit. Food, shelves, drawers, and spills affect the scope and time. If you want a cleaner to work around food that remains inside, say so in advance. Remove personal or perishable items that you do not want handled, and make sure the cleaner can reach the appliance. Freezer interiors and heavy buildup should be identified separately.
What about the oven?
Share the condition of the oven, including grease or baked-on residue, when you request the service. The appliance should be cool and available to access at the scheduled time. The treatment and time needed vary with the condition and the surfaces involved. If you are also asking for the stovetop, racks, or nearby cabinets, include those details in the conversation.
Are cabinet interiors included?
Cabinet interiors are another separate scope. They are easiest to clean when emptied by the client before arrival. Specify whether you mean a few kitchen cabinets, all lower cabinets, pantry shelves, or another area. A clear list prevents confusion between wiping cabinet fronts and cleaning inside them.
How should I describe the request?
Send the number of appliances, whether the refrigerator and cabinets will be empty, and any photos of unusually heavy buildup. We can then discuss these tasks alongside kitchen cleaning or appliance and cabinet interior cleaning. Confirm the scope and price before booking.
