What a bathroom visit may include
We discuss sinks and counters, mirrors, toilet exteriors and interiors, shower or tub surfaces, fixtures, accessible trim, and floors. The checklist changes with the service level and the condition of the room. A powder room is different from a large primary bathroom with multiple glass panels and a separate tub.
Routine maintenance or deep cleaning?
Routine visits work best when soap residue and mineral deposits have not had time to build up. A deeper visit takes longer where grout, shower doors, corners, or fixtures need extra attention. Photos of the shower and floor can help us distinguish ordinary maintenance from significant buildup.
How to request bathrooms only
Tell us how many full and half baths you have, whether there are showers or tubs, and whether you also want bedrooms or another area included. A partial-home quote is based on the actual rooms and their condition rather than a fraction of the whole-house price.
A note on damaged surfaces
Cleaning can remove ordinary soil, but permanent staining, failing grout or caulk, etching, and damaged finishes may need repair rather than more scrubbing. Point out delicate stone or specialty finishes before the visit so we can discuss suitable products.

Common questions
Can you clean only bathrooms and bedrooms?
Yes, describe the number and size of those rooms and the areas that need attention. We quote the partial-home work directly.
Can you remove all hard-water marks?
Mineral buildup may respond to cleaning, but etched glass and damaged finishes cannot be restored through ordinary cleaning. Show us photos of the affected surfaces so expectations are clear.
